Take control of production challenges
Variations in raw material quality can cause additional costs and reduce production efficiency. Foreign objects can, in turn, lead to equipment damage and unnecessary downtime. However, production costs can be reduced, and personnel resources can be directed towards more productive tasks.
Inray’s intelligent measurement systems provide a solution to these challenges and take raw material quality management to a new level.
The annual savings achieved with our systems can amount to hundreds of thousands of euros – and the greater the material flow, the greater the savings potential.
Below is an example of a biomass power plant where traditional, sampling-based fuel quality control was replaced by a fully automated, real-time FUELCONTROL® system.

Example case:
- Biomass power plant
- FUELCONTROL®
- Fuel consumption: 500 GWh
- Fuel cost: €20 million/year
> Savings of €500,000 per year!
The savings come from:
- More reliable fuel pricing
- Improved plant efficiency
- Lower labor costs
- Analysis cost savings
