Proven Technology
FUELCONTROL® Scanner has been verified under the European Commission’s Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) programme. The verification confirms the system’s performance in continuous moisture measurement of biomass under industrial operating conditions.
Applications
The system is suitable for bioenergy production, recycled fuel processing and biomass processing. Applications include raw material quality control, process control and optimization, and ensuring production safety.
How Does It Work?
The system is installed on a conveyor, where it continuously measures the material flow without sampling. X-ray-based measurement technology analyzes the properties of the fuel in real time and transmits the data directly to fuel management and process control systems.
The system can be installed on belt conveyors, scraper conveyors or in free-falling material flows.
