Inray Oy will supply for a Finnish pulp mill a real-time measurement system based on the X-Ray for measuring the foreign matter content of the sawdust utilized in the mill. Its purity is particularly important because, after drying, the chips are grinded to dust for combustion in a lime kiln. The system provides an immediate alarm for foreign objects, which allows the harmful and fire-causing objects to be directed to the wreck. The system will be operational by the end of 2021.
